Return and Refund Policy for Wash Guys Systems

At Wash Guys Systems, we are committed to providing high-quality car wash equipment, signage, installation services, website design, and custom signage. We understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
  • The product must not be custom-made, special order, or clearance items(see Non-Returnable Items below).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Custom Signage & Website Design Services – Due to the unique nature of custom orders, we cannot accept returns.
  • Used or Installed Equipment – Once installed or used, equipment cannot be returned.
  • A Special Order Items –Items not regularly stocked and ordered specifically for you cannot be returned.
  • Digital Products & Software – Any downloadable software, programming, or digital services are final sale.

3. Return Process

3.1 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Contact Us – Email info@washguyssystems.com or call 281-624-6054 within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization (RMA) number.
  • Provide Details – Include your order number, the product(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Receive Return Instructions – Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.

3.2 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
  • Products must be returned using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
  • Restocking Fees – A restocking fee may apply to returned items (unless the return is due to our error).

4. Refunds & Processing Time

  • Inspection Required – Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets return eligibility.
  • Refund Approval – Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
  • Original Payment Method – Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Deductions – Any applicable restocking fees, return shipping charges, or damages may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:

  • Report the Issue – Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@washguyssystems.com or 281-624-6054.
  • Provide Evidence – Send clear photos of the damaged item and packaging for verification.
  • Resolution Options – We may offer a replacement, repair, or full refund based on the severity of the issue.

6. Exchanges

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • We allow exchanges for defective or damaged items at no additional cost.
  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or product, a price difference may apply, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the return process must be followed.
