1. Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Processing time is typically 3–5 business days before shipment.
  • Large Equipment & Machinery: Processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on availability.
  • Custom Signage & Website Design Services: Processing times vary based on project complexity and will be communicated at the time of order.
  • Special Order Items: Processing time varies; estimated delivery will be provided upon order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We offer several shipping options, depending on the product type and destination:

  • Standard Shipping (Small Items & Accessories): Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days.
  • Freight Shipping (Large Equipment & Heavy Machinery): Estimated delivery within 7–21 business days(varies by location and carrier).
  • Expedited Shipping: Available for select items at an additional cost. Contact us for details.

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees vary based on product size, weight, and delivery location.
  • The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Freight shipments may require additional fees for liftgate service, residential delivery, or special handling.
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international shipments.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website.

5. Freight Shipment Guidelines (Large Equipment & Machinery)

For freight deliveries:

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers must inspect all freight shipments upon arrival before signing the delivery receipt.
  • Damaged Shipments: If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and refuse the shipment. Then, contact us immediately.
  • Missing or Incorrect Items: Report any discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to follow these steps may affect our ability to process claims for damages or lost items.


6. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select international locations. Contact us to confirm availability.
  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees imposed by their country.
  • Delivery times for international orders vary and may be delayed due to customs processing.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us.
  • If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but Wash Guys Systems is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
