Wash Guys Systems Warranty Policy

At Wash Guys Systems, we stand behind the quality and performance of our car wash equipment, signage, installation services, and custom products. This warranty outlines our coverage, limitations, and claims process.
1. Warranty Coverage
We offer the following warranty coverage for eligible products:
- Car Wash Equipment & Machinery: 12-month limited warranty refers to from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship
- Electronic Components & Control Systems: 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturer defects.
- Signage (Standard & Custom): 90-day limited warranty for defects in materials and workmanship.
- Installation Services: 30-day workmanship warranty covering labor-related defects.
- Website Design & Digital Products: No warranty applies after project completion and client approval.
2. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
- Failure due to improper maintenance or use of non-approved cleaning products.
- Damage from external factors, including weather, power surges, vandalism, or accidents.
- Consumables such as hoses, nozzles, filters, brushes, or detergents.
- Third-party modifications or repairs that alter the original design of the equipment.
3. Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, follow these steps:
- Report the Issue – Contact us at info@washguyssystems.com or 281-624-6054 within the warranty period.
- Provide Details – Include your order number, product details, a description of the issue, and photos or videos of the defect.
- Evaluation – We will review the claim and may require additional information or on-site inspection.
- Resolution – If the claim is approved, we may offer:
- Replacement of defective parts or equipment.
- Repair services (may require shipping the product back to us).
- Store credit or partial refund (if applicable).
4. Warranty Limitations & Liabilities
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Wash Guys Systems is not liable for downtime, loss of revenue, or consequential damages due to equipment failure.
- Any warranty service or repair must be authorized by Wash Guys Systems before work is performed.
- Repaired or replaced items do not extend the original warranty period.
